I don’t ever say it is celiac friendly because I am silent but the lady said the meat grill is separate from the bun grill. But the fries are all mixed in with the chicken nuggets. Gave me the hives looking at it. I opted for a baked potato with broccoli and chives and some butter. (Usually the broccoli is with that imitation cheese I don’t trust.) Got son a beef patty with cheese and had some corn chips in my bag as a side. Improvise when all else fails!
Wendy's does not have a gluten free menu, but they do list wheat in their allergen guide online. Some locations have dedicated fryers for fries, so please check with the employees each time you visit a location.
These are what I get without reaction: • Burgers or GRILLED chicken sandwich as a lettuce wrap (no crispy onion burgers of course) ·Baked potatoes (cheesy bacon and chive kind are both fine ·chilli (no crackers of course) ·grilled chicken salad - they now include gluten free cheese crisps in a bag instead of croutons at some locations. • Fries - I have had a reaction from other Wendy’s locations tho, but never at this one.

I asked if they had anything other than salad that was gluten free and they offered me a lettuce wrap. I got grilled chicken, it came with tomato, spinach and thousand island dressing. Great taste. New local favorite
