These are what I get without reaction: • Burgers or GRILLED chicken sandwich as a lettuce wrap (no crispy onion burgers of course) ·Baked potatoes (cheesy bacon and chive kind are both fine ·chilli (no crackers of course) ·grilled chicken salad - they now include gluten free cheese crisps in a bag instead of croutons at some locations. • Fries - I have had a reaction from other Wendy’s locations tho, but never at this one.

Wendy's does not have a gluten free menu, but they do list wheat in their allergen guide online. Some locations have dedicated fryers for fries, so please check with the employees each time you visit a location.
There isn’t much food that is gluten free here, but Wendy’s Frosties are REALLY good! They have Strawberry Frosties, Chocolate Frosties, and Vanilla Frosties. And during the winter, they have Peppermint Frosties which are really good. It is also completely safe for those with celiac disease.

I order burger with no bun, on a lettuce wrap with fries. I have been going here for years, no issues.

The food isn’t gluten free. But only the frostys are. Vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. They don’t come into contact with the food.

I went with a taco salad and was fine after. I used to work there when I was a kid so I kinda know their processes. The salad gets boxed in the morning, I guess there would be some potential for cross contamination but it's all done on a veggie prep table. The chili is made with yesterday's burgers and everything else is pre packaged.
