Ordered a chili and fries. Was sick within a half hour. This location is Not gf friendly!
Wendy's does not have a gluten free menu, but they do list wheat in their allergen guide online. Some locations have dedicated fryers for fries, so please check with the employees each time you visit a location.
Most options are not safe from cross contamination, but you can get the hamburgers without a bun and get lettuce instead. Fries are made in a shared fryer so they are not celiac friendly but are not made with any gluten containing ingredients. Decent option if you are not at risk with cross contamination, but options are quite limited.

For a chain, Wendy's is great. They can make you a lettuce burger, no questions asked, and they also have chili, baked potatoes, lots of salads, ice creams, and you can eat the fries! My go-to for chain fast food!

We drove all over trying to find gf options for lunch with no luck. We came here bc the Wendy’s by our house has a dedicated fryer for fries. This location did not however..my husband got the baconator & they offered to do lettuce ends. I got the grilled Cobb salad & a baked potato. Neither of us got sick & we both are super sensitive celiacs. Staff was awesome
