The lady taking my order had either been trained or had personal experience with celiac. She knew the grease was shared even though they had a separate fryer, so their fries are not safe. She also knew what to do when I ordered a baked potato and went straight back to tell the other employees to change gloves, make my potato first, then make the rest of the order. Without me asking many questions or telling her too much, she gave me my order and specified that the potato had been placed in its own bag. Getting a frosty is always a nice treat too. Not many gluten free options, but they were aware of what I needed!
