West Texas Chophouse

Waitstaff was very helpful and confirmed my questions with the kitchen. The typical steak seasoning is not GF, so I ordered my steak without seasoning and a baked potato on the side. They did put a little sauce of some kind on the plate and I confirmed that it was gluten free! Very delicious steak!
