The breakfast wrap I had was tasty and safe. The owner is celiac but unfortunately the space that both GF and gluten items are prepared is very close together. And the gluten baking is on a shelf above the gluten free baking which increases risk of cross contamination. GF menu items are limited.

Owner has celiac! She explained that even though it's not a decorated gf place, they have all the protocols in place, bake gf first, and clean out the oven in between. Separate cutting board etc. Gf Nanaimo bars! I got the bars, and avocado stuff. All delicious. She also owns the restaurant next door, but I didn't get a chance to check it out.

All the baked goods are gluten free and vegan and some of the other menu items (wraps) are gluten free and vegan. Felt very confident that there was no cross-contamination. The food was delicious!

Delicious cafe drinks, snacks and baked goods served up by super friendly and knowledgeable staff - overall a lovely stop! All the baked goods are gluten-free and vegan, made in-house.
