The staff was VERY knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited for celiacs. The burgers have breadcrumbs and the sauces for pasta have flour. Still a good seafood pasta. I won’t put it as fully celiac-friendly because of the limited options.

Great options and the staff is more than willing to make substitutions. Yummy food

Small gluten free menu but tasty options

They don’t claim to be a gluten free place and warn about cross contamination but do offer gluten free options.

I ordered one of the gluten free pasta dishes, was concerned when they brought a different option. They did confirm that the substitute was gluten free. It tasted amazing! I am definitely regretting eating it now.

White Spot clearly marks every order that has allergies, but unfortunately are not always successful with keeping them clean of cross contact. I get glutened here on average 1/4 times per meal. White Spot also changed the gravy to contain flour, which is a big let down as it's hard to find safe poutine away from Vancouver. I like the restaurant for being a classic and something my grandma loves to visit, but I'm always taking a gamble eating here.
