Review of Whole Foods

I dine at the hot/cold bars on a regular basis. The staff are VERY knowledgeable. Although they will list if wheat is an ingredient, they will not list gluten. They are also unwilling/unable to label anything as gluten-free since they do not have a dedicated kitchen and cook pizza beside their kitchen. This leads to some limitations when "spices", "flavoring" or other ominous items are on the ingredients list. The staff are always very patient and eager to help, but I have not been able to convince them to put "gluten" on their ingredient cards yet :) The grocery store obviously offers an enormous array of GF items and often has them specially marked.
