Wow. The food was amazing. There are many gluten free options here, and in fact, the list of items with gluten is shorter than the gluten free list! I had a platter with 2 meats and 2 sides I picked the brisket and pulled pork and had string beans and potato salad with it it was fantastic! All of the meats are smoked. The ribs are safe for us but you need to order them without the glaze. Only two of the sauces are gluten free, the sweet BBQ sauce and the mild spicy one. The others have soy sauce in them. I had the sweet BBQ and it was great. I am a highly sensitive Celiac and had no reaction. Looking forward to going back. Give them a try!
