This chain is mismanaged by rich ppl who live in Hawaii and literally have just about run this place into the ground, despite having 5 prime retail locations.

They are consistently “out of” well over half their menu every single day. Every time I’ve been there they have messed up my order by putting real eggs instead of vegan egg (Yes, allergy. YIKES!) bc they are understaffed by high schoolers. They are left with no managers, nobody to contact when shit hits the fan in the store, & zero way to obtain supplies or contact online order customers. But they still expect their employees to fill to go orders while doing everything else in the store. With two 17 year old employees. One of them broke down in tears when she started telling me about this.

Please take your business elsewhere if you support truly local restaurants. This is not a local chain. This is an investor in Hawaii who does not EVER set foot in her own restaurants & doesn’t care about clientele nor if the businesses her daddy bought her tanks. She was very expressive to me about this when I contacted her about what I experienced in her store.

This place is sadly the new Denver norm :(

This place is a MUST if you’re in Denver! I got the avocado toast and they had the best gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted. I’m excited to go back since we’re here for 2 more days. 100% gluten free facility and very careful about any other allergies.
