On the one hand, I am a big fan of Who’s Bagels. They offer a very wide variety of GF bagels and pastries, and are very careful about cross contamination. On the other hand, the food just isn’t very good. The pastry is almost always stale and dry (although they always LOOK great). The bagels are flat and have a bad texture. They also are NOT in a dedicated GF space, despite other reports here. BUT, they do serve the GF community well, and are sincere in their efforts. I’ll continue to give them second chances.

The food is prepared separately from food containing gluten in a dedicated gluten-free space. All of their display boxes are marked either “gluten” or “gluten free” and the staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They can answer any questions you have and I was really assured about the safety of my food. I’ve eaten from here twice and have not gotten sick.
So far I have tried their cookies (sprinkle, Italian butter, smiley-face, Italian w/ chocolate), doughnuts, crumb cake, plain bagel, and everything bagel. OH MY GOD THEY WERE GOOD. All of these items were absolutely amazing, especially the everything bagel with cream cheese and the chocolate doughnut. Everything tasted as if it was normal gluten-containing food, but it was entirely safe for Celiacs. Everything was reasonably priced and I will definitely keep going back for different treats. They have so many options you will be instantly overwhelmed and overjoyed when you enter the store. Felt like a normal person entering a bakery.
They let me try a cookie before buying and that was all it took to sell me on this place. Seriously an amazing place. Where have they been all my life?

GF items are labeled and packaged in plastic or kept in separate food cases. They have a dedicated GF cutting board, knife, grill space, and Celiac toaster.
GF items are baked/prepared offsite. There is a wide variety of baked goods to choose from including but not limited to bagels, crumb cake, butter cookies, biscottis, scones, brownies, cake, cheesecake, and black and white cookies.

I needed to update because of a previous review the items are prepared in a separate area by a woman with celiac. The have dedicated gf cases. Fresh Bagels, many kinds of cookies, brownies , scones just to name a few. GIANT SELECTION I go there all the time no reactions. Love this place

This place give you not only variety of freshly baked cooked but this more amazing bagel sandwiches. Reasonably priced and delicious!!! While in the same store as gluten bagels they have a separate kitchen and all gluten free products are in a sealed case!

FYI... They are no longer a dedicated gluten free facility. They now share their space with "Everything Bagel", which is NOT gluten free. Dedicated means no gluten on the premises. Maybe OK if you're only eating gluten free as dietary choice or if you're only mildly intolerant.
This is a very large selection of gluten free bagels, baked goods both fresh and prepackaged. They acknowledge requests for celiacs. They only use a separate grill on the weekends. Otherwise they prep GF items in a separate area, toaster etc.
Great assortment of delicious gluten free products. Bagels, though pricey, are excellent, and worth every cent. Best bagels I have had since celiac diagnosis. No cross contamination even though in same store as regular bagel shop. Worth going out of your way if you crave a real bagel. I repeat, it doesn’t taste like gluten free - it’s amazing. I am extremely reactive to the slightest gluten, and can certify- 100% gluten free. You need to check their web site and call to pre-order to make sure they have what you want. Very nice/ friendly people.

I’ve been here every weekend since I’ve found this place. It’s a celiac dream come true. Dedicated kitchen space, knowledgeable staff, huge variety of delicious GF baked goods, best GF bagels I’ve ever had, brunch on the weekends, and more. I could rave on and on about this place but you should definitely just go try it.

Gf crumb cake, pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel, black and white cookies, all fresh baked and amazing. 10/10.
You can’t go wrong at Who’s. We typically have bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and then carry out another half dozen Nutella cookies for the week!

Best gluten-free place in Jersey City and beyond. Their kitchen prepares only GF food so there is no risk of contamination. Great breakfast and lunch options. You can also special order excellent pastries for delivery. I tend to order their pecan pie for special occasions. Their pesto pizza with broccoli, their crumb cake and their bagels are strongly recommended.

A cozy little restaurant not too far from the Lincoln Hwy Bridge. I ordered pancakes and they were so delicious! They were tasty, light and fluffy and garnished with fresh blackberries and strawberries. The toppings (maple syrup, honey & agave) we’re kindly and conveniently displayed for the customers to use at their discretion. The restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed everything about our experience and will be back soon enough.
I travel a lot as a veteran advocate so you can imagine how hard it is to travel with multiple auto-immune diseases. I travel by car because most of my luggage consists of foods that I can eat that are within my dietary restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised to find Whos Gluten Free along my travels.
Steph did not disappoint, I even called ahead to explain I was traveling and currently stopping so he could get food at a nearby restaurant. She gave me some options and everything ready for me by the time I got there. I was able to have food for the rest of my trip and it was delicious!
I would and will recommend that anyone in the area stop by and stock up.

So I didn’t actually get to eat here because they had just closed but when I asked if they knew of any other safe places to eat because I’m celiac she gave me names and offered to text me places that would be good for me. I can’t tell you how impressed I was by this and the generosity to offer up information to help me out. I will without hesitation come here next time I’m in town and check them out and hope they do really well!!!
This place was amazing! 100% gluten free and celiac friendly. The owner was super sweet (and a fellow celiac) with lots of great options! Will definitely be coming back!!

All the desserts are so delicious! They have food options as well if you're looking for more than sweets
Amazing food, wonderful service and totally celiac safe!

NOT a gluten free location! They use gluten for foods they bake and the only available option is flour free foods. Please update information!!!
They are very slow but the food is good as long as you are allowed to eat sugar. At one time I even had to cut out honey and maple syrup which eliminates choices.
Great small business with everything gluten free!!! She bakes the best goodies! My favorite so far? The lavender scone.
