The staff are all very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. They always try to have gluten free bread made in house and always have some pastries to choose from that are gluten free. If you order food from the menu to be made gluten free they always wipe down everything really well to make it and have dedicated gluten free utensils to cook and grab stuff with. I’be had one of the gluten free muffins and had no reaction from it whatsoever. Today I went for the second time and got an omelet due to them being out of the gluten free bread for this morning and it is amazing and i’m getting no reaction at all from it. I react typically to the smallest amount of gluten including airborne, contact, and the slightly trace of cross contamination both intestinally and with a very visible skin condition and I have had no reaction from eating here and it’s honestly super good food.

I would definitely recommend this! It’s so cute and vibey inside. The staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging with gluten free options. I even took a little long to order because there were so many more options than I’m used to, but they were so patient and helpful. The gluten free bread was very good and didn’t fall apart like most do! Plenty of gf bakery options for a sweet treat too!! 10/10 would recommend.

Always helpful staff whenever I go to help me identify which drinks (including specials) are safe. The gluten free zucchini cake was great too!

Such a cute place and communal atmosphere. My latte was delicious and since I “dined in” I got it in a cute mug. I was hesitant but tried their gluten free chocolate chip banana muffin and I am so glad I did! Decadently topped and such a treat. Writing this next day and no signs I’ve been glutened- hooray!

Being also allergic to dairy and soy, no food option available to meet my need. Even GF and DF were not possible because the spray that they use in their pans contains soy...

They had gluten free baked bread that was amaaaazing, banana pecan with chocolate chips. They also offer gluten free bread for any of their sandwiches. I got a double mocha latte with coconut milk that was delicious! The interior is very cozy and cute. I loved this little coffee shop!

They had several baked breads. I can vouch that the banana bread is delicious. Cute atmosphere. Unsure about rest of menu being GF, as I didn’t inquire
