Probably the best GF pizza in the UCONN area. I like it much more than Blaze, Willington Pizza, and Camille's in Tolland. The crust is crispy with just enough chew (presumably from the cheese they bake into it) and the pepperoni is dusted with cornmeal which browns perfectly in the oven just like back home. Honestly, a great pizza, gf or not.
As far as safety goes, it's the same oven but they have separate pans like Blaze. I'd say safety is comparable to Blaze. I am quite sensitive and haven't had a problem in the past 4 times I've gone, but as always, be careful and make the cashier aware of your food allergies when ordering.

SO THRILLED this place opened. They have a small and large gluten free pizza. They are aware of cross contamination and cook the gf pizzas in their own pans and use separate utensils. The large gf pizza is made with cheese in the crust and it is THE BOMB. Best gluten free pizza you'll get in this area. This is the first gf pizza in the area that I'm actually excited to eat (rather than just settling on a gross cardboard one because my husband wants pizza). They also have prepackaged, huge gf chocolate chip cookies at the counter :) Win!
