I was taken around the entire buffet by the head chef and shown everything that was gluten free and safe for me to eat. We went at 9:30am and even then there was an impressive selection, meat station was filled, separate GF dessert bar, breakfast food station had the bacon laying over gluten free bread, which I appreciated. Everything was exquisite in taste. He even made me my own incredibly satisfying cauliflower crust margarita pizza! My husband raved over the scrambled eggs, said they were the best he’s ever eaten in a restaurant. I didn’t get sick so we will definitely be going back to this gem every time we visit Las Vegas, highly recommend!
