I told them I had celiac, the chef came out and introduced himself to everyone at our table and then toured me around every possible option I had on the buffet. Every item is labeled, but he explained everything further and suggested that if I had any reservations about food that was nearby or the utensils used, to ask the workers and they would make a separate plate just to be safe. Unbelievable number of options, and the head chef checked in several times. He made me a separate pizza and tuna bowl, and both were amazing. Offered GF pasta for any pasta dish. Multiple dessert options, not my favorite part of the buffet, but everything else was so good it didn’t matter. Will return, worth the cost to have so many great options!
