The chef came out and gave me a full tour of the buffet to point out what was safe to eat. He was able to make a fully GF version of almost everything I wanted. I had French toast and a pizza made. They also had a pretty decent selection of GF desserts: gelato, cookies, cupcakes, tapioca, creme brûlée. (Can you tell that I love desserts?) I was really pleased with this buffet.
