There were a plethora of gluten-free options on the breakfast menu, I am Celiac and my boyfriend is gluten-sensitive and the waitress was very thorough in asking the kitchen about the cooking surfaces for each ingredient in the dishes we ordered and then offering substitutions for the ingredients that could have possible cross-contamination. Our GF skillets were delicious, and I felt great after eating here which, as a Celiac, is an accomplishment!
