While on a trip to Louisville, I saw the Wild Eggs on my app. It focused on breakfast meals and so I thought I'd try it out one morning I was in Louisville. The have a fairly good GF menu, but unfortunately, I didn't see pancakes on the menu. I ordered one of the omelets (shrimp with a Creole cream sauce. It came with GF toast. The food was good. The server knew how to process and handle my meal. I believe there was an extra $1 charge for the GF toast. My Celiac presents itself as blisters/sores in the mouth, which take 48-72 hours to appear after eating contaminated food. Within that time frame I experienced no problems. I'd definitely eat here on my next trip to Louisville. Beware that it closes in mid afternoon on weekdays and about an hour later on weekends. Parking along the street is limited; but there is parking in a pay lot next to the building, which if memory serves me was $3 for Wild Eggs) good for 2 hours. There's not many alternatives for GF food in the area.
