The owner was so nice, and explained all her gluten free prep. Honestly it’s probably not safe for Celiac’s but we did it anyway because she seemed so thoughtful. She makes the GF dough herself and doesn’t roll it out at all- just puts it directly into a clean pizza pan. She did tell me there was always flour in the air, but she took as many precautions as she could and the pizza was delicious and we didn’t get sick. I’d highly recommend this for gluten sensitive people.
