Review of Wild Flour Banffs Artisan

They are not quick to tell you what it truely means when they state "gluten reduced". Is there still some wheat flour added in? I asked. I could not get a straight answer and certainly didn't feel the best after the carrot cake. I would not say it is celiac friendly, other than maybe the drinks.
