We were looking for somewhere different. I ordered the edemame, tuna summer roll, and general tso chicken with fried rice. All were delicious. They brought me gf soy sauce as well. The lo mein that my bf ordered is not gf, but I could have subbed the pad Thai noodles or ordered drunken noodles for a gf option. My food was delicious. We will be going back.
I have been going to this place and their other location in New Hope for many, many years now. They always go above and beyond to keep me safe, as I am highly allergic to gluten (and I have CD). Their food is awesome. Some of my favorites are sushi, sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice, spicy basil rice, miso soup, beef pad tai, and even their salad dressing is awesome. The owner is very nice and clearly works very hard. Like most restaurants these days, they have trouble finding good help, so if you eat in, you may be waiting a while. I mostly do takeout (at least once a week).
We went here for dinner and did not expect the variety on the gluten free menu that they have. My son got gf general Tso's which he hasn't had since getting diagnosed. Every Asian place we went to told us no way, so when they said yes, he was so excited. I will quote him as far as how it was: "This was amazing!"
We order takeout from here all the time. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. They will use separate woks and gf soy sauce for preparation and will label each container for gluten free. This is the only Chinese food I am able to eat safely.
