They have several options but do not display them in a safe way even after multiple comments

It’s good but be careful

Gluten Intolerant

I have always been a huge fan of Wild Oats. While I do not have Celiacs, I am severely intolerant. With that being said, Wild Oats has a TON of options. However, I have gotten sick every single time I’ve eaten there. It makes me wonder if they mis-label items.

Wild Oats has quite a few gluten free options but they are NOT safe for people with celiac or wheat allergies. They do have signs warning that they can’t guarantee that gluten cross contamination won’t occur. My 11yo with celiac was very sick after eating just a few bites of a gluten free pastry from Wild Oats :-( Never again!

Wild Oats is a good option for celiacs. Unfortunately due to the open kitchen and not using certified ingredients (like oats) I was informed that most of their gluten free baked goods are not safe for people with allergies. However they have other good options, like salads, soups, and sandwiches, which they make on bread from wildflours gf bakery (so no kitchen contamination). When you order a sandwich tell them you have an allergy and they are very knowledgable and will make sure to wash their hands and use clean knives, surfaces, etc. Overall I recommend for celiacs but be careful about what you choose!

Ok this is a very cute place. There are quite a few soups that are GF. The day we visited there were four items GF in the glass. I was a little disappointed after reading other reviews. Not sure why GF sandwiches are not offered, but there is a wrap. Really cute place but not a lot to choose from

Option for GF wrap for all their sandwiches. Wide selection of soups. Good change of pace for tourist needing change from seafood and pizza/burgers/breakfast. Went in really quickly so did not browse other options.

I’m pretty bummed about this place because they have SO many options from pastries to cakes to breakfast sandwiches but I’m not super confident in how GF the foods truly are. The server told me they try the best they can to prevent cross contamination. I wish they have a separate space in that huge kitchen just for GF items. If you want to take the risk here then definitely order something but I’d rather not take the risk of ruining the rest of my day!

I stopped in and was shocked at how much was GLUTEN FREE! Honestly, I was not expecting much but they had a WIDE VARIETY of gluten free baked goods. When I say huge I mean the entire top row of their baked goods display cases where full of gluten free cakes, bars/squares, brownies and other goodies! Cookies have there own display case where AGAIN the top row of the case is all GLUTEN FREE.

They also have savory items, both fresh made and frozen. For fresh they have grilled wraps that you customize and labeled soups and chili’s. For frozen there where so many items I was over whelmed and can’t remember them all. All I can say is You will have to go check them out to see for yourself 😉

The staff is very friendly and ready to help and answer any questions you may have.

I had not been here in forever, but then friends started telling me they had gf now. They label all of their food with any known allergens. We had sandwiches and I’m so happy I can back to having soup here in the winter! They also have yummy gf cupcakes and cakes!

The food was delicious and the sandwich was on a locally gluten free roll. No frozen gluten free sandwich bread here! I had no issues after eating here.
