Had a gluten free menu. Decent options. Got the grilled buffalo chicken salad. Feel ok. Place was a little sticky...the drink menu was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen...it was so sticky that I didn’t even want to touch it which made me a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the place but I’m several hours post eating and not sick so it seems ok!
Food was tasty, and the server was very knowledgeable. The server and the manager who checked on us (something I have noticed this chain do with food sensitivity orders) were both very proactive in making sure my food was safe. There was an issue with the stock of the sauce I had asked for, and they immediately came over to see what I would want to replace it with. I like both locations, but this one is my favorite. It can take a bit longer to get food because they are often busier, but the food is worth it. From my experience, I think they should be reliably Celiac friendly. If this changes I will edit my review.
Dedicated GF menu. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a manager came out (without me requesting it) to make sure I was clear on menu options and to assure me they had a dedicated fryer. He checked on me agin during the meal. Server was less knowledgeable, but quick to find one one who was and very nice. We’ll be back!
Worst service. Was told over the phone they could accommodate Gluten Free for Celiacs. Got here and waited a long time for a table. Dirty tables not being used. Finally was seated and was told by a waitress that they can’t do gluten free. Rude manager. Waitresses too busy taking selfies to wait on tables.
Became sick after eating 2 bites of the shell the queso & guacamole came in. Tortilla chips were served, that was fine. GF Menu was not labeled with information about the shells. The waiter said nothing about the shells even after I said I have celiac. As well I was brought a Stella Artois Beer instead of a Stella Artois Cidre. Server was terrible, checked on our table once to take our order & we had to get our check from a nearby server.
The waitress sent over a manager to discuss gluten free menu items and the care taken in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination. I felt like there were quite a lot of GF options and my meal of chicken feathers and sweet potato fries was delicious!
I love going here! They send a manager to the table and they ask what you are thinking about eating, then inform you how they would make it GF. I get the naked chicken strips and the homemade potato chips. They have a dedicated frier. :)
When informing the waitress of gluten and dairy allergies, the manager came to the table to review our options and make GF and DF suggestions. We were very excited to learn they have a dedicated fryer so we had wings and fries-a rare treat!
