Ordered 2 Gf pizzas. Called and spoke with the manager to be sure Gf was safe for celiac. Was assured that our pizzas would be prepared separately. When food was out for delivery, manager spoke with me on the phone to make sure we knew he had used a clean pizza slicer and told us which pizzas were safe. Very kind and generous hospitality. And the pizza tasted great, with neither celiac getting sick. Win win. Go here! (and avoid Noah’s Canteen at all cost- see my review there).

Gluten free crust was really good. My friend is celiac and she did not get sick. Whoohoo! Atmosphere was ok. Pizza itself was pretty good. Service was ok but not great. They only sell bottled drinks but did allow us to bring in our own water.
I have celiac. Was on a ski trip and not only does Wildcat pizza have gluten free pizza crust, it is dough made from a local bakery. When I ordered gluten free, the manager took over and got out a new prep board and changed his gloves without being asked. Service was a bit slow, but definitely worth the wait. It was not only the best gluten free pizza I have ever had, it may have just been the best pizza I have ever had. I double checked to make sure it was gluten free! I didn't get sick at all! Can't wait to go back so I can have real pizza again!
