I emailed this place after a family member made a reservation for 16 of us over the holidays. The Chef de Cuisine, Ana, personally responded with a list of options for me and made a note on our reservation. The wait staff even knew about the accommodation when I reminded during my order. I don’t think the waiter would have known the GF options off the top of her head, but the kitchen staff definitely can help you out, if you are not able to email ahead. Also, their food was great!
