I'm not sure why this place is rated celiac friendly. The waitress openly said that they aren't - they're "gluten friendly." Several things on the menu were listed gluten free, but were cooked in a non-dedicated fryer.
When I talked to her about cleaning their prep space and using clean utensils/pans, she looked confused and uncertain. I'm an asymptomatic celiac sufferer, so I don't know if I got glutened, but I didn't feel confident about their process.
It's also seriously overpriced for what you get (even the gluten-filled food is over priced).
