The waiter only offered cauliflower crust pizza but said it is all cooked in the same area. He went to talk to the cook and came back and said they were not comfortable having me eat here. They could not guarantee that they wouldn’t get gluten crumbs in my food, they would use the same spatulas and they are a very busy kitchen. There was no attempt to accommodate me at all. I’m glad he was honest and concerned for my safety. This place is not safe for Celiacs.
It’s a shame they changed from UNO’s which had a dedicated area for GF and amazing GF food options.
