This is a dedicated gluten free baking company. They have many products in local whole foods stores. A weekly menu is emailed to their customer's and orders can be picked up on Saturdays. They also have a good variety of products for sale on Saturdays -currently the only day they are open to the public. They hope to have a more traditional storefront later this year. They also offer a large quantity of dairy (casein) free products. This is not a vegan bakery.
