There is very little gluten used in the home bakery. What is used, is used with separate tools. The owner has several food allergies, including wheat, dairy, and severe nut allergies and is extremely knowledgeable about how to avoid cross contamination.
There are a lot of options and the owner is willing to make items not listed on the menu, if able.
This is a primarily order-only bakery, no store front. The entire bakery is nut-free. Everything is available in dairy-free too and several vegan options as well. The owner will do her best to work with any other allergies!
