Menu is labeled with gf items. It’s not super obvious (like… not labeled in the obvious places), but above the salads it says all their dressings are gf except those marked with a star and some soups are labeled gf, which change day to day. I had the chopped salad, and they gave me a bag with some bread in it separately (I didn’t specify that I needed gf, so my own fault). The salad was pre-prepared. Salad was actually pretty good and I didn’t have any gluten issues, though a bit expensive ($14 for a regular sized salad)

Yum chopped salad. GF. Substituted spinach for the arugula. I’m just not into arugula. Walked a long way to get here but worth it. And I have 3 hours to kill

Nothing is labeled. The menu has GF and DF but they’re not next to a single item. Didn’t risk eating here.

It was a very busy morning and when I asked the cashier to notate that I had a severe gluten allergy, he was very understanding. He made a note on my order, and went back to the kitchen area and notified the manager. Everyone changed their gloves, the manager made my food, and the person who brought me my food stated, “we wanted you to know we all changed our gloves so we could keep you safe.” Everyone was very friendly and it made me feel very confident in my choice to eat here.

I played it safe and ordered bacon and eggs. I didn’t have a reaction!

The menu is well marked with gluten-free options. They don't have gluten free bread here, however they were able to put my chicken salad sandwich in a lettuce wrap. Food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

all the workers I asked, told me they don't have GF options! when I showed them it written over their head - they where buffeled. even if they do have I didn't want to buy food there - how can I trust them??

This place has been my go-to dinner when flying through PHX. They typically have 2 soups that are GF and very good. I personally have never had issues eating here. The staff has even substituted a banana for the side of bread. They let you taste the soup first if you can't decide. I know most people want a larger selection... I'm just happy to find something to eat that isn't in a package by the time I hit PHX :)

No GF muffins or bread. Only bacon and eggs for breakfast. Near gate A9, nice helpful employees.

Team is helpful with ordering alternatives to listed breakfast sandwiches. They can basically offer any sandwich in a bowl, WITHOUT bread. Clearly it would be nice if they offered GF breads options, for a quick and reasonably healthy breakfast this is a great place in the Sky Harbor Airport.

I walked away from this place and was doing a findmeGF search and turned back.

So the chicken enchilada soup which was gluten and dairy free was great. I also got their Asian chicken salad with the cilantro lime dressing, since the peanut was not GF.

Food tasted great and the ladies up front were a blast to talk to.

I got the Wildflower Chop Salad, and it was great. Definitely the best 'grab and go' airport salad I've had. Most of their salad dressing are gf!

All sandwiches can be made on lettuce wraps, you just have to ask. Several soups are gluten free and all GF items are clearly marked in the menu board. Staff were friendly and helpful. All things considered it was a very pleasant "airport food" experience.

Sandwiches can be modified for gluten free lettuce wrap; also 3 gf salad options and soups! Tell them if it is an allergy and they will change gloves. I had tomato, pesto and Brie on lettuce!!! Yum!!!

There are a couple gf soup & salad options marked on the menu. Does the trick if you're rushed in the airport!
