Excellent restaurant with gluten-free items delineated on the menu. The servers were very accommodating about converting some items to gluten free and had a good understanding the requirements.

Server was knowledgeable and made gf recommendations. I had the spinach salad with grilled salmon and it was delicious! No gluten reaction and I am very sensitive to cross contamination.

We’ll marked GF items on the menu & server was very helpful. Issue was the veggies were significantly under cooked. Everything would have tasted much better if it was cooked through.

Very good. Gluten free bread is used for a "bun" on a hamburger. Ask for sauce on side if you want the bread to hold together. Waiter very knowledgeable!

Seems to be hit and miss on how knowledgeable or helpful the waiters are. The bread they bring out GF is tasty.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make it a safe experience for me! They have Udi’s bread and are willing to change dishes as needed to make them gf. Been here maybe 4-5 times and never gotten sick! Also the margarita and fig/ginger mule are gf and delicious!

I’ve eaten here many times and have never gotten sick! I get the salmon and they’ll scrub the grill or use a new pan if you request it! If you want GF bread ask them to toast it on a clean pan.

No gf menu, but most everything is naturally GF or can be made so. They will bring out amazingly tasty toasted GF bread, too. We had the short rib with grits and the bacon wrapped pork medallions and recommend both!

Although Wildflower doesn't have a specific gluten free menu the staff was able to tell us which dishes were gluten free or which could be modified. They also offered us gluten free bread with their delicious olive oil dip.
