Got some bread less GF wings and now I’m in a gas station shitting my guts out. Don’t go there

I can normally eat at wingers and not have issues. But when I eat at this one I do. Even though I tell them to do all things GF.

Stay away!!!!! The reviews looked good so we decided to give it a try while passing through town. The menu looked great and things were labeled gf. I ordered their chicken wrap gf (the menu stated that was a thing). Our server informed me she would just need to switch out the crispy chicken for grilled chicken. That was fine. I over heard the server asking the cook when my food came up if it was all in the clear because I had celiac disease and she wanted to make sure. The cook (or whoever was in the kitchen) said yes! It came out and looked wonderful like to good to be true. I asked the server one more time to be sure and she assured me it was gf and good to go. I took about 5 bites before I was sure it was not safe!! I googled the type of tortilla they use and it said contains wheat! My server came back I told her what I had just found and she said, "let me go ask the kitchen". She came back and said, "oh ya it does have wheat in that tortilla, would you like me to remake it?" Like it didn't matter at all. I was so upset and just asked her to take my plate. She went and told her manager who then discounted my food and never even came to talk to me. Seems how we told our server from the beginning that gluten effects my breathing you would think the managaer would he been at my table asking if everything was okay, nope! My husband explained to our server the severe difference between celiac and a fad gluten free diet and asked to actually talk to the manager. The manager came over and didn't care at all. When we asked why things were labeled gf that clearly would not be safe he just said I'll send it up to corporate. He honestly couldn't have cared less. It was awful. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else to eat!!!

My husband and I were traveling through and ended up staying next door to Wingers. When looking online I saw they have gluten free options and read the great reviews on here. After looking at the menu I called to confirm they did in fact have a separate fryer which they said yes. I asked about the sauces for the wings which were all gluten free. We order the chicken bacon tacos, burger and fries (which surprisingly came with a gluten free bun! We thought it would be lettuce wrapped), and 3 flavors of wings (double bbq, Buffalo, and original). Everything was amazing! Both of us have celiac disease and are highly reactive. ZERO reaction from either of us. So thankful to have found them. Traveling can be so hard. Highly recommend

Most the staff are knowledgeable. I have experienced some cross contamination but only when I'M not diligent about my choices. I always get the wing dinner request EVERYTHING be in the gluten free fryer NO SEASONING! Safest place in town besides Costa Vida

Wow! Our waiter, Taylor, was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure my food would be safe for me as I have celiac disease. He even got my sauces from the walk-in storage as he didn’t want to risk contamination from the salad bar. He explained all the ingredients to me to make sure I was comfortable. The food and drink were great, I had the wing plate. The wings are breaded with a corn meal mix which was delicious.

We are just staying in town for the night but if I lived here, this would be my “go to” restaurant

We love it here. Make sure you verify that you have to have the sticky fingers in the dedicated fryer as well as the fries.

They did a great job at understanding and doing necessary precautions to provide GF wings, fries and chicken sandwiches.

They take extra precautions for celiac. The hostess was very helpful, got answers to all my questions and asked the cooks directly to be very cautious for me. I even had the “gluten friendly” bun and did not have any reaction.
