My server was very helpful in navigating what could be made gluten free for a celiac. They have items marked GF that can be made gluten free including sandwiches with gluten free buns. The server said she needed to check if they had a dedicated fryer for French fries and the chicken wings (both marked gf) and she offered a side salad in place of the fried stuff to be safe. After ordering my server came back and asked if they could cook my gf bun on the flat top where they toast all the other buns or if I was sensitive to cross contamination. I am and she offered to have the kitchen toast it in the oven instead. My server was very attentive to details and I felt safe, hours later and still no reaction. Great for a burger or sandwich after a round of golf.
