Pizza and wings!! Really nice and easily understood gluten allergy. Even got sauce from the back to make sure no cross contamination occurred.

Excellent made to order pizza. They wiped down everything and used fresh ingredients.

Came to this place based on the positive GF reviews and we were not disappointed in fact we were very impressed! The staff not only changed his gloves but cleaned all of the surfaces thoroughly! The pizza was very good with unlimited toppings! I highly recommend a visit!

Oh my heck! Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how awesome my experience was! They had GF dough and used special utensils that only touched the GF products. The staff was super knowledgeable and very kind! Love this place! Wish it was closer to my house!

Everything everyone else said! They take great precautions, spent a bunch of time wiping everything down and scrubbing the oven. I wish the menu was more clearly marked though - was looking forward to trying the green chile Alfredo sauce and roasted chicken and neither were GF (at least they had clear knowledge!). My pizza was very good and the staff was super friendly.

Before preparing gluten free, they wash down all surfaces, scrape the oven, wash hands, and change gloves. They got fresh ingredients from separate containers. Staff very aware of gluten free precautions.

Thoroughly impressed. They truly cared and took time to clean counters and ovens and changed gloves. They are prepared for gluten allergies. Not to mention it tasted good !!

Staff cleaned the oven and counters before making my pizza. Crust wasn’t amazing but it was nice eating a safe GF pizza!

We ate here during a road trip to CA. They go out of their way to make sure we are safe. They cleaned the counters all down the line and cleaned the oven. They had minimal options under the counter and will make your pizza with those ingredients if you ask. Pizza crust is Udi’s. It was delicious. Walking distance from Springhill Suites.

I was able to safely eat a bacon pizza with dairy-free cheese. (Not all bacon is GF. Their bacon is nitrite-free, too.) As mentioned in many reviews, the two cooks stopped to clean the line and oven and change gloves. Our ingredients came from dedicated bins kept under the counter. They were cheerful about it, too.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that they were readily able to show me what was safe and what was not allowed me to eat my pizza with confidence! We had a pizza with an Udis gluten free crust and they also had dairy free cheese. The food was awesome. If we’re ever in Gallup again , we would definitely stop in for a meal?

This place was awesome! I said I wanted gluten free, they asked if it was an allergy. Told them celiacs and the lady on the line alerted the other staff, who started cleaning the pizza oven while she cleaned the line. She washed and changed her gloves, pulled out an individual ladle and used only new containers that were prepared for the next day and didn't dip in the common ones on the line. This place is definitely celiac friendly! So glad I found this place and will eat here again if I find another one!

In a little place like Gallup i wasn't hopeful to find somewhere to eat that was tuned in to dairy and gluten allergies but this place was great! they looked up the ingredients of the different sauces and used separate gloves for my gluten free pizza and scraped the cooking surface really well.

Amazing! They wiped down everything, got out fresh toppings and scraped out the oven. They're awesome!

we line in Las Vegas Nevada. the pizza is amazing and we fed 5 adults for 45.00. gluten free for my sister was awesome

They completely cleaned the line, changed gloves & then pulled out brand new containers for all ingredients. When it went into the oven, they yelled out "gluten free" so all employees knew it was in the oven. My 16 year old son says it is amazing pizza and stevia all in about 5 minutes flat!

Went to academy and Wyoming location. Staff knew that celiac was not just a sensitivity... Changed gloves, separate prep protocol, cleaned pizza oven grill, separate pizza cutting board and slicer.. Great experience and pizza was delicious!!

They thought celiacs couldn't eat dairy. Had no clue. Got so sick!!!
