They offer Gluten free crust served in a separate pan. Texted cheese pizza with NIMA and came back positive for gluten. Very nice and offered refund but not celiac safe.

This is my third time eating here. They put the pizza on its own foil pan, use a separate spatula and change gloves. I still verified all this again when I ordered... Pizza has nice toppings.
