I got rice noodles with chicken and peppers. There were no gluten free sauces so I just had it by itself. It was not clear whether they used separate utensils from the wheat noodles. I doubt it though given the size of the kitchen. It was decent but not amazing (quite dry). I wouldn’t recommend for a celiac but for people who are gluten intolerant I think it was good. Not many other options in the airport. Staff had good knowledge of GF options.
