I’ve only experienced ordering food as takeout, but I used the website to guide me and it has a detailed allergen menu labeling which foods are gluten free. They seem to always include bread rolls with the orders, which is disappointing when I have to smell them and can’t eat them :/. I do wish there were gluten free bread options!
Our server asked me if I had Celiac the moment I said “allergy.” The kitchen has allergy protocols like hand washing, glove changing, and cleaning utensils. The menu is thoroughly notated and marked with CC warnings on specific dishes.
I was amazed by the HUGE number of Celiac-safe options, like more than half the menu was good for me.
I ordered pulled pork, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. I asked for advice re: celiac-safe mods, and our server remarked she’d need to double-check on the balsamic glaze that was typically served on the sprouts. She’d order them without sauce for me, then bring some out if the chef confirmed it was free of gluten ingredients.
She was good for her word, and the sauce turned out to be safe.
Their GF dessert is flourless chocolate cake. Excellent.
