We ordered 2 gf pizza. The staff were super helpful. They assured us after speaking with the chef that separate trays would be used and all ingredients on the pizzas which we ordered would be gf. The pizzas were delicious! We only ordered take out pizza - I didn't look at the rest of the menu, so can't comment on what else might be gf!
