ALL BEERS ARE GF. They are “gluten reduced” BUT all have 5-15 ppm of gluten. As a celiac this is ACCEPTABLE because certified gluten free must be less than 20 ppm. Apparently the owners wife is celiac and he wanted to make it a place where she could go and be a normal human. As a celiac myself, I enjoyed multiple beers and did not get sick. The bartender assured me he had several celiac clients that have never complained of being sick. I also got their flat bread which was amazing. It was so nice to feel like a normal person... I even got to try the beer my friends were having. What a place!
