Literally the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The crust was so soft. They say they hand pull it. They confirmed "allergy" or preference. I had it yesterday and had no reaction.
I’m sure it’s great food but not safe for celiac. They cook on the same pizza stone. I did speak with the manager who was extremely nice and I’m hoping they make some changes to where it would be safe! Separate gf pans and space for the gf items to avoid cross contamination.
The only time I have had pizza better than this was when my super talented brothers ordered special flour, used a wood fired oven, and homemade ingredients.
This pizza is simply a delight. I thought for sure I’d be sick.
It was chewy, full of flavor, and delicious! I am in awe.
I wish I didn’t live 14 hours away!
