In general, the regular menu has really good food. However, there are not many choices that are GF. BEWARE: the french fries are not gluten-free. They are tossed in flour before being fried to give it an extra crisp. There are a few appetizers that are gluten-free, such as the potato skins, nachos, chips and salsa/queso. The queso is made in-house using a Velveeta like cheese, cream, and seasonings. Their salads are also large and delicious. They also make their ranch dressing in-house from gluten-free ingredients. There are a handful of GF-ready entrées to choose from, including three types of tacos that are all served in corn tortillas. They do not have gluten-free pasta or breads, therefore, pasta dishes are not safe and burgers/sandwiches can only be eaten without the bun/bread. I found that the servers are not that knowledgeable about GF ingredients, but management is knowledgeable and was very helpful in their explanations.
