Review of Woody's Backwater BARge & Grill

This is more bar than restaurant. Fun atmosphere, all outside. Very Key West feel without a great view. Enjoyed a frozen drink. Didn't notice if they had hard cider. Nothing gluten free without modification. Server had to ask the kitchen if they had gf bread - they do not. Had chicken cheese steak, naked, but the server misunderstood and I didn't get any cheese. Also had no sauce. So, the frozen grilled chicken strips and grilled onions/peppers had nice flavor and felt like I was eating healthy. Came with a bag of chips that said gf. Gf/df husband ordered burger, no bun. But it arrived with a bun. And they were out of their signature pickled slaw. Meat, lettuce, tomato, ketchup did not keep him full long. He couldn't eat the chips because they had milk. Bottom line, drink here, don't eat here.
