I have eaten here 5+ times with no reaction.
However the menu can be confusing. I think this is why another reviewer got glutened.
7 items are individually labeled GF. Only these dishes are GF.
Also, GF rice can be added to any item, but that does not make that dish GF if it was not individually labeled GF.
After many many months of eating all my meals in, I finally worked up the courage to try a restaurant meal. I found this place here, attempting to take as many precautions as possible to avoid gluten exposure. I was severely disappointed.
I had the coconut curry bowl with shrimp 5 days ago. I am still recovering from gluten exposure. I ordered via grub hub and noted on the item that I have gluten sensitivity. It looked and tasted amazing, but my reaction was the most severe I have had in the 9 months since I learned of my sensitivity and going gluten free. My partner prepares gluten in my kitchen, so I know I am not so sensitive that cross contamination is a major issues for me. I really do not know what happened here, my only explanation is that gluten was an actual ingredient in the dish (which was labeled GF with the rice bowl option). I was incredibly sick for 3 days and am still having mild symptoms now. I will not be eating here again, and probably will not feel comfortable eating at a restaurant that serves gluten again.
Seems like they are very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and careful about cross contamination. The thai chicken bowl was good, but could have used more flavor. I think there was just too much plain rice in the bowl. I'd definitely go back but would try something different next time.
I have celiac, and this has been my go to place for gluten free lunch. They truly pride themselves in making sure the wraps are gluten free. The manager has reassured me every single time I asked. Their ingredients are premixed and they change gloves and use clean surfaces for gf orders. They also serve some regular wraps also, but with their precautions, I am not worried.
