SUCH nice people! Very careful. Gluten-free and non-Gfree people can dine together without worry of cross contamination. Wish there were more places like this!

was very excited to try this place out as we had to drive an hour and a half to get there and was very disappointed when it seemed as though no one was working. we were never greeted and decided to leave after standing there for over 5 minutes.

Steve was absolutely wonderful when I was ordering GF cupcakes. His baker was on leave and he stayed after work to make me cupcakes for the next day. My niece was in town from Oklahoma and it was her birthday; she has to eat GF for medical reasons. She said they were the best GF cupcakes she has ever eaten. She said they were just like normal cupcakes, moist and the frosting tasted just like a Hershey bar. I will absolutely recommend and come back to WOW for more food.

Decent food, but EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. While ordering, the employee mentioned 4 or 5 times that he was the only gluten-free chef on duty, so there would be a bit of a delay (more on that later). We first ordered the stuffed shells, and were told they were out. We then ordered the ravioli, only to learn that was out as well. We settled on a deluxe burger, a turkey burger, a cheese pizza, a meatball grinder and a side of fries. It's worth mentioning that there are no seats within WOW itself- you're directed to sit at one of the 5 tables in the next-door (gluten) pizza place. It took a full hour before the food started to arrive. We asked for condiments for the burgers and learned that they were out of ketchup. I was directed to the mustard packets, and the spicy brown mustard packet was long expired (they had no more). At this point we noticed that we didn't have our fries, and when we asked about them we were told that they were out of potatoes (and they refunded us our $4). So as for the food: the condiment-less burgers were fine; the buns were better than the store-bought variety. The grinder was good, but the bread was more like a (very hard) flatbread. My wife ended up just eating the filling. As the other reviews have stated, the pizza was very good- probably the best gluten-free pizza we've had. All in all, the food was fine, but it seems like they haven't worked out the kinks of running a restaurant yet. If we give them another shot, we'll just get pizza (and definitely call ahead).

I hired WOW to cater my wedding reception and we enjoyed every bite! They provided pasta and salad, as well as tasty breadsticks and dressings, all of which were safe for me and enjoyed by my guests! My daughter and I both are extremely sensitive to any cross-contamination, and we had no problems at all. The food was tasty, timely and priced reasonably. Thank you guys for making my wedding day stress-free!

Awesome pizza. Tastes like real pizza just no gluten. That is very hard to find. We drove 1 hour to get to the restaurant, and we will come back. I can't wait to have cold leftover pizza.

to shine who left a bad review . today was my dedicated gluten free cooks first time making food by herself . she was so busy making gluten free pizza's that she could not make a burger sorry. our menu is the biggest gluten free menu in the country over 100 items . I can't believe that you couldn't find something else to eat. so sorry that you had to leave a bad review for not being able to get a burger.

They don't serve gluten free burgers or anything from the frier on Sundays or after 3. At all. There's no sign. The menu doesn't indicate this. There's nothing on the website.

The food is absolutely delicious. It's by far the best pizza I've had since going gluten free two years ago. The owner is very friendly and really cares about helping those with food allergies. I know he spends a lot of time coming up with new creations. They go out of their way with their dedicated kitchen and even separate utensils as to avoid cross-contamination.

What on earth...no idea how to run a food biz. Sit down area in regular pizza section. Takes 30 minutes per sandwich minimum and while I appreciate homemade bread, sub rolls are baked with each order & takes 20 minutes...this is ridiculous. The restaurant had 1 other person and it was going to take 60 minutes for a lunch sandwich? No thanks. And zero flexibility to do anything with shorter timeframe. 1 cook and he can only make 1 sandwich at a time.

I had THE BEST experience here and wished I could have stayed and tried everything they had to offer! Loved that the owner (as well as his staff) seemed knowledgeable and CONFIDANT! Not too often to get those two combinations together! Besides eating in my own kitchen, I haven't been able to fully enjoy a meal without worrying, until I came here! Thank you for the awesome service, and your heart for Celiacs as well as others who suffer from food allergies, you made my day!

Wonderful! My almost 6 year old hasn't been able to enjoy a good slice of pizza for close to a year and it was her birthday request. We drove an hour and it was so worth the drive. The gf cheese bread and gf Chicago stuffed pizza were incredible. Everyone enjoyed them. Our Detroit style pizza was slow to come out (we were told it takes three rotations in the pizza oven, so just make note) but honestly, it could have not even arrived and I still would have been please because you can't put a time limit or price on a child's face, who is finally getting to enjoy a forbidden food. She even was given a spoonful of the chocolate butter cream icing that her sisters didn't get as well, so she felt like a queen. Keep up the amazing job. And we will keep driving to visit.

Great place and great menu choices! We had to go with deep dish - Chicago style, chicken Parmesan grinder, Cuban grinder, Motz bread and many desserts (family of six splitting everything). We would have tried the stuffed shells or ravioli but they don't do fried items on Sunday. 😩 maybe next time...

Fantastic, even if there is a wait it's well worth it. Owner and staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination - you can feel safe with anything you eat here, something you can't say for many places 'out'. Also great with additional food allergies. The only place in town I trust to get gluten free pizza from.

Recently diagnosed with celiac disease, I've been quietly grieving the long list of foods I will never again enjoy. WOW brings me out of my funk with an excellent GF pizza. Is it the same as the pie next door at Guido's? Not quite, but it's better than any other pizza substitutes I've tried, and it's served with little to no chance of cross-contamination. If they ever add GF sausage to the menu, my joy would be complete.

WOW is right!!! I had the Stromboli and it was excellent!!!!!!!!! Met the owner/baker and he has won awards for his gf pizza and breads. Once you taste them you'll know why! Separate kitchen for gluten free and as he says he started it being gluten free but now he makes allergy free foods. Carries a line of desserts that are hand made as well as the muffins and breads he makes, gluten free allergy free.

Excellent pizza and Stromboli! Best GF crust I've had! Pricey. I was disappointed that they don't serve the whole menu after 5:00pm. I really wanted to try the fried pickles. I'm visiting from the east coast and made the effort to drive an extra hour to go there only to find I couldn't get certain items. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the menu limitations not the taste.

This place is the ultimate gf pizza and dessert hotspot in my opinion. The owner is extremely courteous, knowledgable, and truly puts customers first. I usually get the gf Chicago deep dish supreme pizza which is to die for! Always worth the hefty price tag and the wait time. Fellow Numbskull customers need to understand they sometimes need to make the dough fresh from scratch if they haven't gotten to it yet, and it takes the right amount of time to cook a deep dish perfectly. So it may take some time to cook you impatient Neanderthals! I live 2 hours away and look forward to visiting relatives with anticipation of eating here.

My family and I come from Australia but we are living in Ann Arbor for the next 4 months. We are currently visiting Lansing on business and just came home from WOW with out wheat. OH MY CRACKERS... BEST GF PIZZA EVER!!!!!! There was a raging party in my mouth!!!!

We have tried a lot of GF pizza in the last 5 years (since being diagnosed) and no other pizza has come close (in Australia and in the USA). Not only did the pizza taste amazing, but the owner was really lovely and the eatery was really cute and comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, you will have to wait longer than the traditional 'fast food' type pizzerias (our pizza took about 15-20 min), but I assure you it is worth it... it will make you realise that good GF pizza cannot be made in quicker time! Unlike wheat pizza bases that can sit around all day these are made to order!

We will definitely be making the 1 hour drive from Ann Arbor before we leave.... If only they delivered to Australia.

I normally love this place for their certified gluten free baked goods. Today I ordered a 22$ gluten free pizza and somehow was glutened. I read that it was celiac safe so I assumed the pizza was safe. It isn't. Not looking forward to being sick for the next three days :(. Disappointed.

WOW is an attachment to Guido's pizza. For those of you who have not been there, they have a separated full kitchen that is 100% gluten free. I have only ordered the 14in gf crust, with light dairy free cheese, and their garlic bread sticks. Everything was phenomenal! The crust was thick, and looked and tasted like a real life pizza! The dairy free cheese melted, and was not gross! Everything also reheated well the next day. They did bring out the gf (dairy free!) bread sticks with Parmesan cheese on them, unfortunately. but we noticed right away, said something, and they brought us out a new batch as soon as possible. We decided to eat in, and the wait time was 50-60 minutes! But, I assure you it was 100% worth it.

My gluten eating party ordered Guido's regular (non allergy) pizza, and said that it was pretty much a standard pizza. Nothing special. Far better than Pizza hut or Dominos, but not as great as their favorite chain. Typical male perspective!

What a great place to get pizza! Do you miss full-size pizzas with a bit more crust than the usual anemic glutenfree thin crust? Wouldn't it be nice to get lots of toppings instead of the sparse offerings of other places? This place does all of that and more. What's even better is there is NO CROSS CONTAMINATION. This place is 100% gluten free. Wow is right... This place truly lives up to its name.
