NOT celiac-safe. Staff didn’t seem to understand how cross contamination works. Was excited to try this place based on the positive reviews here on safety, and the fact that everything on their menu is GF except their Mac n cheese and rolls. And when we called they assured us they had safety practices in place for gluten. However, when we went in-person to place an order, my husband watched a woman with gloves on handle the rolls and then dig her hands into the vat of pulled pork to stir the meat with the same gloves. When he spoke to them about the cross contamination he just witnessed they looked at him like he had two heads and assured us all their meats were gluten free. While this place is probably fine for general gluten avoidance/sensitivity it is NOT Celiac-safe based on what we witnessed.

Amazing place with the best food and allergy awareness. Everything besides buns and Mac and cheese are gf. When you order just say gluten free ___ (I recommend the rocket man)they ask if intolerance is severe and as soon as you say yes whole team does a glove change and get out clean tools and cutting boards

Amazing brisket! Plenty of gluten free options to choose from. I had brisket combo with baked sweet potato and collard greens. I did not care for the collards. Nice size pieces of brisket as well. The brisket melts in your mouth.

Awesome ribs!! Potatoes tasted great- could have been a little warmer. Felt great afterwards so know there was not cross contamination
