Really underrated place for Celiacs. Majority of menu is gluten free and they have a allergy menu. Just ask for the sausage to be cooked in foil with no bun. The fries are amazing and are gluten free. They have some gluten free beers as well.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable about gluten issues, and they had a laminated list of which items contained which allergens. Most of the sausages and dipping sauces were gluten free, but the buns were not. They will wrap your sausage in foil before cooking it on the common grill. I had no ill effects after eating here.

Wurstkuche is great! I am a sensitive celiac and eat here all the time. Ask for your sausage to be wrapped in foil on the grill. They recently added a GF menu for sauces. Which is important because this place is going to be your fry fix: dedicated fryer.

Ask for gluten free menu at register
Ask them to wrap your sausage in foil to cook to prevent contamination
I agree with the other good reviews.
Yes
You have to ask for the gluten free menu. They offer a large number of gluten free sausage and sauces. Their fries don't share a frier with anything else so they are safe. The sausage is cooked in a shared over but if you tell them you are allergic they will wrap the dogs in foil to prevent contamination. Great meal, great atmosphere, very helpful.

I've been coming here for almost 5 years and they never disappoint! I'm glad they have some sausages GF but of course, no buns with that. The exotic sausages are amazing! Be open to trying rattlesnake, rabbit, duck, and pheasant! Everyone is very friendly and they do have beers (I don't think they're GF though).
Great food not a 100% glutton free they grill everything in the same place so depending on how sensitive u are also they have a gf menu
This place is a hipster paradise. Staff has a gluten free menu that only has which sausages are gluten free, but not anything else. Risk of cross contamination is high for fries since some of the sauses might contain gluten... but fries themselves are gluten free. Food is amazing.
