Review of YAKITORI WEST

I've been here 3 times and have never gotten sick. I'm very sensitive to cross contamination. Though I only get the don rice bowls with sashimi. I usually get the salmon & salmon roe Don. I don't eat the wasabi and do not eat the seaweed salad it comes with because they say it has gluten. The staff seems knowledgable and will ask the chef. The will make changes to ensure its gluten free. Usually they have gluten free soy sauce available but the last time I came they did not have it. So be sure to bring some of your soy sauce just in case. The sashimi is really fresh and a great cut. They include a fatty cut of the sashimi as well.
