Dedicated GF menu which had around 70% of main menu. We ordered, specifically celiac. They came back & suggested two of our options *might* have possibilities for cross contamination so swapped them out. Overall was delicious & we felt safe. Son did not get sick

They give you a copy of the regular menu but with only GF items printed out, which makes it really easy to tell your non-GF friends what you can share. The only thing is that with GF orders, they will only bring out the food once, so you have to pretty accurately estimate your AYCE sushi capacity when you order.

Great place to eat, with quite a bit of selection of sushi that you can pick from! They really do take the time to make sure that everything is clean before they cook and serve the food for you, though, if you do order gluten-free they will only take your order once. It's in all you can eat establishment, usually you would order small bits over time; however, they will only do this once if you are celiac.

Such an awesome experience - you order all at once so that they can wipe down the counters and prevent cross contamination. GF soy sauce is a big positive, and the staff is always really great and accommodating. Gluten free menu definitely somewhat limited, but I love the basics!

Our server was super knowledgeable, and brought us gluten free soy sauce! She reviewed what we ordered thoroughly and also offered to bring all the gluten-free items on a separate plate. I hope they stay in business!!

Kitchen items made with soy sauce can be substituted with GF soy sauce. The valentine roll is my favorite.
