The hot pot menu is Celiac safe if you go about it smartly and order naturally GF things. Note that all the broths offered do have gluten, but they are happy to make a custom soup base that works just great when you say you can't have gluten. The main weirdly glutenous thing on the sauce bar is the vinegar - and of course soy sauce. They did not mind that we discreetly brought rice vinegar. All you can eat for two hours for $25.
