Terrific service and took celiac seriously. Delicious gluten free waffles and GF fried chicken...getting to order fried chicken was a first for my 8 year old daughter who was diagnosed at age 4 and is extremely sensitive. Would definitely recommend!

Ate here and had the fried chicken and crispy brussel sprouts and creme brûlée and it was amazing. They said they had a separate fryer but that they also changed the oil out as well so if you want the chicken to order right away because it is a process. They also warn you at checking that there is a lot of flour around so their is cross contamination risk. I did great and I am super sensitive. I never get to go to a restaurant like this and it was great food and great experience.

Update 2021 back and got a to go order of fried chicken and waffles and watermelon and crispy brussel sprouts. Amazing again!

I am super impressed . I ordered fried chicken one night and I almost cried . It was so good and I did not get sick. Second visit I ordered braised short ribs. Labeled gluten free. Waiter said no sauce. They brought it with sauce. I waited and asked. He said he would check and came back and took meal away. Sauce is not gf. Manager came out and apologized and takes with me about the error and showed me all menu items I could have. He comped my bill also. I know there was a mistAke but they totally took care of it right away. And gluten free options taste amazing

Mentioned that I was celiac and the server was really reassuring that the food would be carefully dealt with. Did their signature fried chicken and waffles and spiced watermelon. Server reassured me that it was all safe. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich that came with fries and we intended to share them so they separated them into a bowl with a gluten-free stick sticking out of it.

The quality of the food was 10/10, absolutely delicious, all of it. Amazing.

I’m in awe over this incredible food. It was definitely worth the walk through the maze of slot machines in the Venetian to pick up our order. I ordered the Chicken, Waffles & Watermelon. My partner ordered the St. Louis Style Pork Ribs. We shared a Southern Street Corn. We both kept looking at each other with stupid looks on our face as we tried to comprehend the amazing flavors we were experiencing. We are just stopping through Vegas for the weekend but this food is making me want to visit more often. If you are considering eating here - do it! Don’t miss out on this incredible GF experience!

As soon as we walked up the hostess asked if anyone had allergies. I told them I had CD and they were very cautious the whole time. The waitress made sure to tell me everything on the menu that’s gf and even said that they have a dedicated area of the kitchen for gf and they pull a chef off the line, change gloves and specifically cook our food.

PRICE GOUGING! GREED! Staying in Vegas. Was very excited to be able to have fried chicken. Walked 45 mins to get there. Its was Superbowl Sunday. They required I spend $ 100.00 per person in my party (3 of us) to be able to stay. It was 15 mins before the game, and the place was half empty. I will never return, GREED!

THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IVE EVER HAD IN 15 years! The manager came over and noticed I ate here 2 days in a row and he explained how they only use free range chicken - that they brine it for over 24 hours - that they use a $50k piece of kitchen equipment to pressure cook it!!! Often I see things I can’t eat and I go home and try and make it myself later. I CAN’T make chicken like this!! There is a reason it has won so many awards!!! I also looooved the street corn! The manager Greg Thomas here was amazing and the staff is so positive! There is a location in Beverly Hills, and I’ll excited to eat there on my business trip there next week!!!!!

Absolutely incredible. Possibly the best fried chicken I’ve EVER had, gluten free or not. If you’re in Vegas you HAVE to eat here. The service was phenomenal and the food was so, so, so, so good. Grits were also amazing. When you get to the hosts stand they ask about allergies and I asked about the GF fried chicken there to make sure they could do it today (just because I wasn’t sure if it was always an option or if it was too early since we got there right when they opened), and the server came to our table already aware of my allergy and knowing I was wanting the fried chicken and put the chicken in right away so that it would be done at the same time as my husbands gluten food. My husband also tasted my chicken next to his regular chicken and said they were pretty much identical. They were super accommodating with our bags and my allergies and the time it took to make my chicken. Please eat here. Also the honey hot sauce is GF and the best.

Omg!!! The best fried chicken I've had in my life! Even before being gluten free. My husband ate it and said it's the best he's ever had and he's not even gluten free!! We also tried the devil eggs, which were incredible. Also the street corn was one of the best things I've ever put in my belly 😬. We came Friday night for dinner and we are back for lunch on Sunday, it's that good. Very knowledgeable and GF. Separate fryer top fry the gf chicken. We had a wonderful meal here! When I mentioned celiac to the hostess, she confirmed that they offer gluten free fried chicken that is prepared in a dedicated fryer. She also said it takes about 30 minutes to prepare and if we knew we wanted chicken she would have the chef start some. She checked on us several times throughout our meal. Our waitress was fantastic and made several gf recommendations. The owner came by to chat when he heard we hadn’t had gf fried chicken in 10 years. It was so nice to be able to order fried chicken at a restaurant. We also had the crispy Brussels sprouts and the grits. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I’ve been to the Vegas location probably a half dozen times. Every time I go I make a point to visit that restaurant so when I saw it was coming to Dallas I was so excited! A lot of new restaurants take a while to perfect things but Yardbird Dallas is just as good if not better than their other locations. The food is excellent! The GF options are kind of limited but if you’re going here you better be going for the fried chicken! It’s exceptional, cooked to perfection and hard to put down! They can even do GF waffles which are made on dedicated equipment. The GF frier is also dedicated to ensure the safety of their guests. I have a super severe allergy and felt full but great after! Service was top notch as well! Our waitress Cathy was attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me put something custom together for my meal which I really appreciated. Brunch, lunch or dinner this place is my new Dallas fav! I’m so excited they finally started offering takeout! YOU MUST GO!
